About me

I’m Astra Nova, a multidisciplinary performance artist and model whose work brings together burlesque, pole, aerial hoop and fire performance. Blending movement, character and visual storytelling, I create acts that are as individual as the characters who inhabit them.

I have a passion for theatrical detail and the art of transformation, approaching each performance as its own world. From bold, playful characters bursting with attitude to dark, sensual acts steeped in mystery, my work explores a wide range of moods, aesthetics and forms of expression. Every act is an opportunity to tell a story, evoke an atmosphere and create a moment that stays with the audience long after the curtain falls.

My creative practice extends beyond the stage. I design and create many of my own costumes and performance pieces, bringing together choreography, character development, costume design and visual aesthetics to create cohesive, distinctive performances.

Through House of Astra, I bring these creative pursuits together under one roof, with a vision that extends beyond individual performances into costume creation, collaboration and cabaret.

Based in Austria and available for events and productions internationally, I bring a distinctive blend of artistry, spectacle and character to every stage.
